![]() The license for Pro Tools is activated on my dongle but the PC icon is ghosted grey as if it will not work with this computer. I don't know if this has anything to do with it or not. ![]() I cannot figure out how to remove it now that it is completely irrelevant, and I cannot figure out how to add my new machine's name as a location. TROY-OFFICE does not have any licenses activated on it, and it is my old PC name, before the reformat. Information that may or may not be related: on my iLok manager, I have my old PC called TROY-OFFICE and the iLok dongle. ![]() I really just can't figure out what this problem is. I've searched and searched for answers on Google, and find nothing. ![]() I've also updated iLok and re-installed it twice. I Have re-downloaded the file from Avid 3 times. If I click 'install' it fails and says I it may be due to a interrupted download. It comes up with a window that says I need to install Pace Licensing Support, and unless I'm confused, that is the same as iLok License Manager/Support, which I've already installed and have my license activated through. I had it up and running fine for months, but now when I try and install it, I can't. I just reformatted my computer, and so now I'm trying to re-install Pro Tools Express 10 (which came with my interface). I'm really stumped and after 'converting' to Pro Tools last year, I continue to be dumbfounded at how difficult and confusing it is to get things up and running. Archived Help!
